1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Echoes Digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Services

Echoes Digital offers consulting and technology development services, including but not limited to:

• Strategic Digital Transformation
• Web and Mobile Platform Development
• Cloud and DevOps Solutions
• Cybersecurity Services
• Artificial Intelligence and Analytics
• Legacy Systems Modernization

3. Client Responsibilities

The client commits to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their requirements
• Actively collaborate during project development
• Respect agreed deadlines for feedback and approvals
• Maintain confidentiality of shared technical information

4. Intellectual Property

All code, documentation and solutions developed specifically for the client are the property of the client after full payment of services. Echoes Digital retains rights to methodologies, frameworks and general technical knowledge used.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining confidentiality about sensitive information shared during service provision, including commercial, technical and strategic data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Echoes Digital shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific services.

7. Warranties

We offer a 90-day warranty for bug fixes in code developed by our team. This warranty does not apply to modifications made by the client or third parties after delivery.

8. Payments and Cancellations

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. In case of cancellation, charges will be proportional to work already performed, plus non-recoverable costs already incurred.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our official channels and will take effect 30 days after notification.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.
