Reporting Channel
Echoes Digital believes that sustainable relationships are built on trust, responsibility, and integrity. The Reporting Channel is an essential tool to preserve these principles, allowing behaviors that are incompatible with legislation, the Code of Ethics, or company values to be identified and properly addressed. More than a reporting mechanism, this channel reinforces Echoes Digital's commitment to corporate governance, transparency, and continuous improvement of its organizational culture.

• Internal or external fraud
• Conflicts of interest
• Accounting, financial, or operational irregularities
• Non-compliance with corporate governance guidelines
• Acts of corruption or practices covered by Law No. 12,846/2013 (Anti-Corruption Law)
Security, confidentiality and non-retaliation
Echoes Digital guarantees that all information received will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
No form of retaliation will be tolerated against individuals who make good-faith reports, regardless of whether they choose to identify themselves or remain anonymous.
If the whistleblower chooses to identify themselves, their identity will be protected throughout the investigation process.
How reports are handled
All reports received are analyzed in an impartial, technical, and responsible manner by Echoes Digital's Integrity Committee.
The Committee evaluates the consistency of the information, conducts fact-finding investigations, and determines appropriate measures, always in accordance with internal policies and applicable legislation.
How to submit a report
The whistleblower can choose the most appropriate method:
Identified report
Recommended when there is availability for additional clarifications. This option contributes to a more accurate investigation while maintaining identity confidentiality.
Anonymous report
Allows reporting without identification. To ensure effective analysis, it is recommended to provide as much information as possible.
Information that helps the investigation
Whenever possible, include:
• What happened?
• Who is involved (names, positions, areas or departments)
• When did the incident occur?
• How did it happen (detailed description of the situation)
• Where did it occur?
The clearer and more detailed the report, the more effective the analysis process.
Appropriate use of the channel
This channel is exclusively intended for receiving reports related to irregularities.
Suggestions, complaints, commercial inquiries, or general requests should be directed to the contact channels available on the main Echoes Digital page.
